Anarchists believe that human beings are perfectly capable of rational self-government. In Utopia’s Anarkisme, individuals choose to belong to the community (or to exclude themselves from it). Rules adopted by agreement of all the members / citizens through direct participation in voting. Similar to participatory democracy, holders of offices can be recalled by constituents.

Anarchists do not conflict with the organization, law and order, or existence of the authority. They are against the usurpation of power by individuals or classes (groups of) individuals for personal gain through the subjugation and exploitation (however subtle and disguised) of other, less fortunate people. Every social arrangement and institution should be included to the dual acid tests of autonomy and personal freedom and moral law. If you fail in one of two that must be eliminated.
United States was (until the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s) and still is, in some important, pre-Enlightenment, white supremacist society. It is full of superstition, prejudice, conspicuous religiosity, intolerance, philistinism, and lack of social solidarity. Hypocrisy is the overt, aggressive, and evil is everywhere. American altruism is misanthropic and compulsory. They often give only to control, manipulate, and sadistically humiliate the recipient.
Narcissism frequently comorbid with paranoia. Americans cultivate and maintain a siege mentality which leads to acts of violence and unbridled jingoism. They sit well with persecutory delusions adherence to social Darwinism (natural selection the fittest, let the weaker fall by wayside, may be appropriate, etc.).
